I’m not really sure where my mom got this from, but I know I got it for a birthday. When I was 12 or 13, I had a Hunger Games-themed birthday party. One of the party favors was this pin. The birthday party was at Pasquali’s, which is a restaurant, but it also has a dance floor, and there’s a DJ who plays music for parties.
